Education

Primary Schools
Our primary school programs are designed to inspire young minds and foster a love for learning. Through interactive and hands-on activities, we aim to engage students in a creative and stimulating educational environment.
Music and Dance Project
Unleash your creativity and passion for music and dance with our project designed to cultivate talent and provide a platform for artistic expression. Join us in exploring the world of rhythm and movement. Our music and dance projects can either be half or full day, weekly, half-termly, whole year; where the projects are incorporated into the curriculum of the school. There are opportunities for one-off shows too. We work with schools to set-up and facilitate the formation of Dynamic School Choir, Music and Dance groups.
Farm Project
Get hands-on experience in our farm project, where pupils can learn about sustainable agriculture, animal care, and environmental stewardship. Discover the wonders of the natural world through engaging farm activities. Pupils will have the opportunity to see real life farm animals, touch them and even feed them. Our trained farm staff are always ready to answer questions from the children regarding any farm animal. Children will also have the opportunity of planting vegetable seeds and fruits under the supervision of adults and would be delighted to see their seeds and plants grow. We have received tremendous feedback from parents about the exceptional impact the farm experiences have had on their children. Children are able to discuss with their parents how we get some of the vegetables we eat at home. Some have also become more mindful of healthy eating habits and try to grow their own vegetables at home.
Art Project
Express your inner artist in our art project, where creativity knows no bounds. Whether you're a budding painter, sculptor, or designer, our programs are tailored to ignite your imagination and nurture your artistic skills. Collaborative Education and Training Services has developed strands of Art projects for nursery and primary schools. On such projects children are able to make meaning of their surroundings and express them through illustrations, sketches and paintings. Children have the opportunity to participate in Ancient British Art Projects; Medieval and Modern British Art Projects as well as some Contemporary Modern Art Projects from across the globe. Children who participate in these projects are always thrilled to display their works in their classroom, school or even take them home as souvenirs.
Secondary Schools
Empowering students in secondary schools with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed is at the core of our secondary school initiatives. We offer a range of programs that promote critical thinking, teamwork, and personal growth. We run similar projects for secondary and primary schools except that in secondary schools, we have other workshops aimed at raising students' attainment and improving on GCSE results in key curriculum subject areas. Workshops that have proven very popular with schools include:
'Time with the examiner'
This is a workshop where an ex-examiner in a key curriculum subject area meets with candidates in grade 12 to enlighten them about how to approach their exams and what the examiner expects. During such workshops, candidates are exposed to different types and styles of questions and what steps they need to use to obtain the maximum marks. This has proven to be very useful to students and their feedback about how important and useful the workshop is has been very remarkable.
'Third Party Opinion'
This is a project where we set standard GCSE exam questions in key curriculum subject areas for candidates in grade 12. We collect and mark all the papers as 'proper' GCSE exams and we present the results and analysis to your school. The papers are marked by experienced teachers in London who are also examiners on various exam boards. For this reason they have the skills to mark and analyze candidates' papers with a high level of accuracy. Your school therefore can compare our 'Third Party Opinion' data to your existing data to inform revision and intervention strategies where necessary.
Special Education Needs Schools and Pupil Referral Units (PRU)
Our tailored programs for SEN schools and PRUs are designed to support students with diverse learning needs. We provide inclusive educational resources and activities to ensure every individual has the opportunity to excel.
At Collaborative Education and Training Services, we are not only exceptional at using fully qualified teachers with rich experience and know-how, but we blend these expertise skills with an array of formulated bespoke systems which targets specific and individual needs of students.
We seek to assist and work with students who are:
- non-engaging
- statemented as having Social Emotional Behavioural Disorder (SEBD)
- statemented as having Attention Deficit and Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD)
- non-attending (lack of interest in schooling or education)
- permanently excluded from mainstream, PRU and Special Schools
- hospitalized for various medical conditions
- in prison to bridge the gaps in their education through teaching of iGCSE, BTEC, NVQ etc as per individual's need.
